Only just opened this bought in January and it doesn’t charge

What can I say£20.00 for a subox, didn't use the tanks {which is the only difference in the C}, I used a Unitank which works perfectly

Takes a while to fire up.It's ok for a starter kit. More experienced capers will be disappointed. But fits nice in the hand and it looks goodNB. To remove the coil or get to it, the tank has to be attached to the mod. Once on you can pull off the top part of the tank.

The kit was supplied without a battery and the charging lead did not work. Luckily, I had a spare battery and a spare cable, both of which solved my problem. It was over priced given the absence of the battery. I would like to have been in touch with the seller to find out if it should be supplied with a battery, but could not find a process to do so.

Excellent smoke, but can’t get the lid off to refill it.

Had two of these, first one lasted a few months until the top cap wouldn’t screw back on, bad luck I thought so ordered another as I already had spare glass and coils etc. One month later the same problem with no solution found online anywhere, second one also leaked like hell. Always treat my vape gear with kid gloves so I know I hadn’t damaged anything. Fed up with kangertech so not going to use them anymore.

Sadly we received the vape today but it was faulty and leaks vape juice from the chamber even when stored upright. Amazon were very helpful and are refunding but we will replace with a different brand rather than have this issue again.
