Donner DMX512 DMX Dfi DJ 2.4G Wireless Receiver with Light Dome & Transmitter Stage Lighting Control- 2 Pieces

Works perfectly for me and my lighting fixtures (Both Lighting IR4's and Beamz Moving Heads), however note that it's supplied power supply is US plug only. You can obviously use a plug adapter, however I wanted to keep the "plug bulk" in my setup as minimal as possible. Fortunately I had a pair of USB cables with the correct barrel adapters so I have been able to power them via USB.

I purchased this product so that we didn't have to run DMX cable from the light controller to our LED lights both at church & at my TV studio. Because of the price I was a bit skeptical but I thought I'd give it a shot. I must say that this product is outstanding! We just used it for our church's Palm Sunday service and they worked flawlessly! There's about 70 feet from the light controller to the first wireless receiver. We bought a total of 3 receivers for our church to try out but we have just ordered another 3 as we're so pleased with them. Our stage is about 40 feet wide by 30 feet deep so we are grouping our lights by 3 or 4 with each group starting with a wireless receiver. And because there's no need for long DMX cable runs, we're putting 2 LEDs in the drum cage. They have also been working great at my TV studio where the light controller is in a room closed off to the studio but the transmitter & receiver have worked perfectly. This is a great product that has exceeded my expectations. The setup couldn't be simpler. It literally takes about a second for the devices to start communicating with one another. And it's a lot less work setting up various lighting scenarios in pretty much any location where you have power. All without having to run DMX cable!

Donner seems to be a very popular brand for DMX stuff on Amazon, so I wanted to give them a try, but not pay a large price, so I looked around. Purchased this pair and they have performed well. I have used them about a dozen times for 6+ hours at a time and they have held up. I don't really see any delay in the controls compared to a DMX cable. No interference with my wireless network tablets or sound board or laptops. All in all, they work well and have no complaints other than I wish they had a better way to get power to them, but I don't really see how.

When using these transmitters, it shifts all the dmx sliders to the right for channel 1. The distance capability is outstanding! It is being used in a room full of cell phones and wireless signals with no interference. I recommend this product for small to medium jobs.
