Which is the dimensions of the hexagonal head bolts and washers? I had other t-track measures and I like to confirm them all...

Bolt head across the flats 7/16” or .440 Washer outside 5/8” or .629 inside 1/4” or .258 Bolts are standard 1/4 x20x1-1/2”

Are these actually thru holes or are they threaded for 1/4-20

These are actually 1/4" x 20 threaded through holes. I would say these were a good buy for what I paid. You get 10 of each threaded knobs, washers, and threaded screws.

What material are the washers? Are they concave?

Don't know what material, but the washers are flat - not concave.

How long is the thread area

The actual threaded shank is 1” not counting the knob. Hope this helps.
