is these moth balls keep mice away?

Any animal will avoid breathing mothballs and go the other way. However, if you put mothballs in your house, you will not be able to tolerate the odor. You can spread them around your house (I'm assuming you're asking about your house) but be very careful because the odor may seep into your house. Also, the mothballs outdoors only last 3-4 weeks and need to be replaced, so using mothballs is only a temporary solution. If the mice are in your home, you need to seal the entries they are using to come in. Caulk or stuff the holes on the outside and fill the holes on the inside, like around the water pipes under the sink or other places. Because it has turned cold outside, mice have come indoors so if you caulk up the holes everywhere, they may die inside the walls. If you can wait until the weather turns warm when the mice can leave to go outside, caulk at that time all the cracks and fill the holes so they can't come in when it turns cold again. Hope this is helpful. Mothballs have kept animals from going in my shed and then I sealed up all the entrances.

Hi the moth balls work I never tried the moth balls that will stop the dogs pooping on your yard but my neighbor did she put moth balls on her yard and they didn’t like the smell so they didn’t poop on her yard lol they ran fast from her yard. RIP Mrs. Rose she was amazing woman.

Package size is small, content less than expected

The actual moth balls are very similar in size to the ones I've used years ago. The package and the contents are a little smaller than I expected even after reading the complete print. I plan on using some to ward off cats and mice etc. And some for their literal use in the closet. I don't know about their quality as of yet
