Very durable bands. Works great and was at a great price.

I've only had this for a few days but since softball practice Had begun I've been using this to stretch the hamstrings and calves and it has worked quite nicely. It was packaged very well also. Adding a quick reference guide on usage would be cool. I ended up getting tips via the Internet.

Do not like these bands, the roll and stick together, I find myself spending more time fixing them, then using them for my workout.

This is a good resistance band kit. Comes with three loop bands and a wide flat stretch band. I am able to store them conveniently in the included bag. Super light weight and easy to travel with. They are conveniently labeled on each band according to resistance level- this is so much more helpful than having to memorize a color-coding system like you have to do with some bands. So far they have held up well- the real test with bands like these is time I received this product in exchange for my honest, unbiased review.

I have been using these for over a week now and I honestly love them! These are great because they allow you to do a quick (or long) workout in your house. They all feel very nice quality and I have used the resistant loops for four different days within this past week. As well as the stretch band almost every day. These all seem excellent quality and have been a lot of fun to incorporate my workout routine. Once I received these I took them out of their packages and went on YouTube to look up some workouts. Personally my favorite workouts are the various leg workouts I have found. I was presently surprised about how sore I was after using these the first time. I really like the various resistant levels that are in this set. i find that each one has a distinct difference between the next. I was concerned that they might be too similar but they are not at all! The varying levels work great for the workouts I enjoy using these bands. Also I find that the width of these bands are perfect and I am not just saying that. They fit perfectly in my hand and the width is perfect for sitting in my foot arch. They are also comfortable for what they are. My favorite exercise is putting my thighs inside the loop and stepping to the side and doing a squat. The bands are tough enough that I can get sore from doing this and the loops do not hurt my legs at all. I also find the stretching band very useful to use after my workout along with a foam roller. Again you can go on You Tube and find many ways to incorporate this piece. Lastly, the storing bag helps a lot to store these products in my house. The bag itself is soft and easily stores everything, unlike some other bags which are hard to restore the products once taken out. All in all I would recommend this to a friend and I would repurchase this as a gift for any friend looking for in home workouts! I was so excited to receive this product as I was looking for great quality resistance bands that I could use at home and also travel with. I pack too many things when traveling and this product takes up so little space! I love the bag that the bands come in because it makes it easy to throw into your bag without worrying it them separating. Also, the added yoga band is such a huge bonus. I've been wanting to start practicing yoga and this is the motivation and convenience I need.There are three resistance bands - light, medium, and heavy. I tested out the heavy one first so that I could see how much resistance there was and it was pretty great. I'm excited to use these more and more. So far, they have been a great purchase and for such a great price! I've seen some of these bands in store for at least $15 (and they do not come with a travel bag or yoga band!). I was looking for an extra of resistance bands that would be easy to take with me to work/when I travel. Though I do hold a few types of part time jobs, two of them are very physical and require me to be on my feet the entire day without much of a break. I've been using this set to work out muscles when I have a few minutes during the works day, that are not used as much at work, so that my body does not get as imbalanced from only work the same muscles all day long. It really has helped. These bands are the perfect size for me (I'm 5'2) and I love that they come in a bag for travel. The only thing that I would recommend is including some sort of short guide of how to use these on basic muscle groups. I've been exercising & practicing yoga and pilates since as long as I can remember, so I had a decent stash of uses in my head but I could see if being beneficial for other people. I'm thankful that I was able to receive this product at a discount in an exchange for an unbiased & honest review.
