There is very little taste and it is just thick enough that is does not drip out of the dropper without a push.For anyone that has an issue with consistency of food/drink, I would recommend a chaser, even water as it is a tad thinner than baby oil. Most adults who have experimented with oils, will know that this is not a big deal at all.The fact that it is being absorbed so much quicker than a pill form of D3 and K2, is all I need. I already know I can trust the quality of Nutrachamps so that is of no concern but the delivery method is what makes this a no brainer for me. I take this combination due to a lack of ability for my body to absorb Calcium very well and decreased bone density.I am no expert and do not work in the medical industry but I have been in the health and nutrition industry for most of my life and cannot remember a time I was not taking a supplement of some variety to increase my personal health goals.To simplify what these two vitamins do, D3 increases the rate and amount of Calcium that your body absorbs and K2 makes it more available to you body where it is needed.Simply having a vitamin in your body doesn't mean that you body is actually getting any of it!This being a liquid form, it absorbs much quicker than that of a tablet variety so you get more of the two vitamins and quicker. This is not to be compared to a Multivitamin as there is a large amount of wasted compounds for many reasons with a Multi.Taking a Multivitamen is better than nothing if you are lacking in your diet at all but me knowing I need extra help in the Bone health department, this is 100 times more effective than the same compounds in my multivitamin! (Not a medical fact, rather my way of making a valid point that is backed by facts but I have no measure of how many times more effective it is)There are several other benefits, other than bone health that make this a great pairing but that is my reason for taking interest in this product.Many have actually referred to it as things like the Fountain of Youth, Live longer, The Fight Aging supplement, etc.It has great cardiovascular, blood sugar and lipid panel benefits and has been studied to aid in fighting off several surprising diseases!Enough about the combination as you can find thousands of medical articles on the Interweb if curious about the why.The how, for me, is Nutrachamps liquid oral administration and I look forward to my next Dexa Scan (Bone Density) to see if it has improved or the rate of decrease has slowed at all. Best wishes and good luck as the maze of supplements is a very long and winding one with a tremendous amount of garbage along the way to finding something with good quality/purity of what it says it is...I trust nutrachamps and would love to see an actual 'unbiased' test for the purity for these two vitamins if anyone has the time and equipment to do so. What I like:- It's vegan (sourced from lichen plants, not sheep's wool)- It has 5000 IU of Vitamin D3 (a good dose for those of us in cloudy climates; I never noticed improvement to my mood when I took less than 5000 IU per day)- The addition of K2, which works synergistically with vitamin D for bone health- It's in a liquid form, so there's no need for added fillers- The base of extra virgin olive oil is organic, and the fat from the oil enhances vitamin absorption- No added flavors or sugarsBecause there are no added sugars, you shouldn't expect this to taste amazing. It doesn't taste bad... it just tastes like olive oil. If you're not a fan of swallowing a dropper full of unflavored oil, just add it to your coffee or smoothie. My husband had the idea to add several drops of mint extract to the bottle, which is quite nice. He says he's trying some chocolate extract next time. :-)

4 stars because I just started it. Not sure how it works yet! I put it in my son’s chocolate milk in the mornings and he doesn’t notice. So it’s definitely no flavor! Seems to be good quality and value for your money.

I like these vitamin D drops better than some others I have tried. First, the taste is very mild and they don't try to add some artificial flavoring like others that make the taste worse.Second they have a marks on the glass dropper that shows exactly what dose you are getting. Some of the others I have tried don't have that and you just have to guess.Great price as well. Highly recommend.

In the USA everyone is vitamin d3 with k2 deficient. Get these. Give it to your kids. Help yourself, help your family. We the people allow what we the people allow. Stop letting big companies put dyes and other garbage fillers in our foods. Vitamin d is a necessity. Make sure you’re getting it and not just from the son. Educate yourself and your kids.
