Good quality and does what it should

This is a very nice knife roll. The canvas material is heavy but is not waxed like in the description. I am not sure if it would hold in moisture so you might want to spray it with some kind of sealer as a preventive. The leather strap is of good quality without frayed edges and seems stitched firmly in place.Though the roll is 7 inches tall the knife pockets are about 3 inches deep. Some of my knives sit deep enough to have the pocket clip overlap the fabric (like the CRKT M4 and Zero Tolerance 0566). The knives that are taller (like my SOG Flash 2) still fit very snugly in the (<2" wide) pockets and will not drop out even if the pocket clip does not touch the fabric.Bottom line, this roll is worth twice the $11 (shipped!) price.

If you’re like me, you might be collecting a few pocket knives. If you’re also like me you don’t have a place to put them. This keeps them all in one spot and out of reaching hands. Definitely a great value for the money.

The waxed cotton is a heavy enough weight that when folded properly helps prevent your knives from banging together and getting scratched or damaged. However, the size is a bit skimpy and only adequate for moderate to average size folding knives with handles no more than 4.5" long. This storage sleeve (it's not a pouch) could be slightly taller and with pockets deep enough to grab the clip on knives with handles longer than 4.5". For the folders that fit, it is a compact, cost effective storage sleeve that offers basic protection for normal storage and handling circumstances.

Quality of the canvas is pretty good. The slots are way too small for medium or large knives. The tie feels good but pretty useless as a tie
