Her writing is tight and expertly created; The Moon sits beautifully as the first in a series of books and I don’t doubt they will make waves in the industry. And it cannot be glazed over that the illustrations seen in the book are also done by Kamilla; simplistic but stunning images that are a gorgeous accompaniment to the pieces they sit beside. She is a passionate and often optimistic writer, with a flair for the spiritual. The moon is best served with a tea or a hot chocolate in the middle of a silent evening under covers.

I wish this was a hard back book as I will read it over and over. Such incredible poems written from a point of depression but not gloomy just full of what we genuinely feel. Each line resonated with me.I also bought one for a friend.

Really beautiful read, gorgeous mini art that just adds that little bit of extra pleasure while going through the book. Would definitely reccomend it for an easy read. The way it is written is really interesting and clever as it progressively changes mood from start to finish.

I bought this book for my mum for a Christmas present and I’m upset that I’ve received it with lamentation peeling off. Not sure what to do now as I don’t think I gift her a gift that looks damaged

I searched for books/poem collections online even before “The Moon” came out.I can read the book on different days, and the poems speak to me differently.Buy this as a treat for your soul, or gift it to someone else to cherish. ❤️
