What should be the color of the powder. I have ordered in the past and it has always been white but this time its pinkish red and tastes like sweeter

Good Morning Ramya, It depends on the flavor you selected. Fruit Punch is going to be a pinkish color due to the new formula they're using and it going to taste sweeter nut it isn't. I hope that answered your question for you. Have a great day.

Would this be good to drink during a workout right before I break my fast, or would drinking this break my fast?

Hello, Technically taking anything would break your fast, but BCAAs are crucial for training, especially in a fasted state. One scoop of Best BCAA contains 20 calories and we feel it's definitely worth it. Thanks for your interest in BPI Sports. Team BPI

Is this good for a drink for work and not just working out? Because i work out in the sun allday and sweet a lot and i really just dont like Gatorade

Yes!! If you're doing work that requires a lot of muscle work and you find you often feel sore than this is for you. It won't give you energy but you will definitely feel less fatigued after work, I take it before work myself.

What is the difference between "bpi best bcaa" & the "bpi best aminos" ?

BCAA are just 3 amino just for muscles, Amino contain all the aminos for whole body.
