In ;ove the flavor. I use one pouch in an electric kettle filled to the max. I perculate it several times which makes it stronger. I've actually notice some weight loss. I recommend it highly.

I love this very soothing tea! It is my absolute favorite tasting tea and comforts me like no other. As a bonus, it has huge health benefits....it soothes my stomach, strengthens my immune system and is perfect for my bedtime routine. These are only a couple of the health benefits but this is one amazing tea.

This is the best tasting buckwheat tea I've ever had. I have other brands in my cabinet and I just keep buying this over and over instead of finishing the others up. The only downside is the size, it only has 30 packets and I usually use 2 - 3 of them (I like it strong w/ a lot of fresh mint), I wish they offered a bulk loose form.. I drink it literally every night though.

I was surprised by the nutty taste of buckwheat tea. A little honey and almond milk in it is good as well. I’m looking forward to seeing the health benefits!

Tea has a very subtle flavor, and doesn't compare in aroma and taste to other brands that are available. Other reviewers have commented that they need to use multiple teabags for one cup. I agree with that.

I like barley and enjoy the flavor of this tea.
