Are these rechargeable batteries they come with?

They come with a USB cable to recharge, so yes. But they are not a standard AA battery. It's a LED 18650 3.7V battery.

Is there an on button at the end? And can you take off the pen clip?

Yes the pen clip is easily removable, and the button is on the side. I carry my flashlight for work in a flashlight pouch, and it would turn on when I put it inside. It didn’t work me me so I had to return it and purchase one with the button on the end. Other then that it’s a great light and great price.

Will this uv light be adequate to see if you have enough sunscreen on?

When I received it I tried to charge it and I could not get it to charge so I have been unable to use it.

What is the warranty What is the warranty?

I charged it a couple of times and it does not recharge anymore so I trash it not worth it
