Is it sturdy, any wobble? Also, is build quality as good as it looks?

Not sturdy. Build quality is rubbish

If you were sitting on the bench when it is in a horizontal(flat)position as if you were using it as a chair, what is the height from the floor?

Sorry, this is a sit up bench and doesn't go to a flat position. It's always at an incline to some degree.

What is the max weight or load for each degree from incline, flat, and decline? i'm 5'7" at 150lbs, and max bench at 325.

Not really sure but i'm 6'1 235lbs and I have no issues at any degree. Its pretty darn solid but You can also screw in the support lug which stops the bench from moving or dropping degrees on its own. If you want to make sure no issue of moving you can simple adjust a knob to lock more of the bolt in place. I don't know if it would hold up to an additional 325lbs added plus your weight, but you could also work your way up to that weight to test it.

How steep of an incline can it be set for?

This bench goes as steep as 30 degrees

Very happy

It was easy enough to set up. The instructions were clear and even came with all the necessary tools. The padding is good. It feels balanced when laying on it. This should go without saying but make sure you tighten the adjustment knob all the way to lock it in place, otherwise the bench will be slightly wobbly. I'm really happy I purchased this. What you get for the price is a win in my book. I could have spent way more but honestly I don't believe I needed to after setting this up and working out on it.
