Why does this have a prop 65 warning if it’s 100% lead free

Prop 65 is useless at best, a scam/collusiuon at worst. And anyone who has ever worked in product development knows this.

I have the kraus kpf-1673. will this drinking faucet collide with the main faucet if they are installed closely? the holes are pretty close

Depends on too many variables. When I installed mine in granite, i set them 10” apart and i have no issues.

does this faucet connect to the Brondell countertop water filter?

While I did not connect to a faucet, this unit connects better with an under sink faucet connection and did come with a well-made connection. I would try calling them to confirm that it will connect with your Brondell.

Does the tip of the faucet screw off?

No, I tried to unscrew it to see and it does not.
