Works perfect for batik fabric

This is the best for keeping colors in garments from bleeding. I wash my fabrics with this to keep the colors sealed. Easy to use in the washer.

I have good luck with Retayne. Right now working on an indigo dying that is testing my limits.... Not Retayne's fault.

I washed dark green batik fabric with Retayne. Afterwards the water was a little dirty but there was no hint of green.

the purpose of this product was to hold printed ink on fabric for projects so they could be laundered in the future. several of the pieces I attempted to soak immediately bleached right out as soon as they were put in the highly diluted with water solution

Small bottle for the price but did what I needed it to do.

Fixed the dye to an old hat that is now in new use. Re dyed old clothes for continued use with a new fashion look without the worry of color running or bleeding out.
