A photo of either the top or bottom of the dish that arrives broken or cracked must be provided to us before a replacement is sent. NO EXCEPTIONS. This is a cut glass dish so therefore some may mistake the cut glass or the dish seam as cracks. We will only replace the item if it arrives broken. Please send a clear photo to us within 1 day of receiving the item showing the broken item still wrapped in bubble wrap and inside the box.
