The Necessity of Relaxing and Stress Relief
I have never taken a yoga class. I never thought I had enough time. So I started looking through the multitude of books on relaxing and stress relief as I have a very stressful job,and came up with this one.It's just "what the doctor" ordered for me. The simplification of just relaxing and using the bolster and various positions to stretch and relax those stressed out muscles is perfect for me.As soon as return home, I assume the positions. The one I really like is the position on the front cover of the book. It just does it for me!If you don't think you have the time to take yoga classes but want the benefits from yoga, this book is for you. You'll love it!

This is a very slender book and it didn't really deliver the content I was looking for. The poses offered were fine but I was hoping to find more variations to keep my classes fresh. I would not recommend this book to anyone but a very new yogi looking to learn bolster poses.

Yoga so simple, restorative for all
Very simple book good for beginners and experienced practitioners alike. A real assist to doing yoga at home. We have such busy lives. This gives us the support we need! Ahhhhh!

A lovely book
This is a really delightful book. The isntructions are clear and the photographs of each pose are beautiful. I love the brief sentence on each page that give my mind something wonderful to focus on while my body relaxes and renews itself.
