Must-Have
I honestly don't know what this does to my products but it's like my secret weapon! I put it in my pound cakes, my layered cakes, my frosting amd puddings! I mean everything! You don't need much- actually if you use too much it throws the taste off. I stocked up and when I ran out, I tried doing it without it but it just always seem like it was missing something. I'm so happy to have it back, it's all uphill from here!!!

Pretty helpful flavoring
Came well packaged and had no issue with either 32oz bottle I purchased. I like the thickness of this emulsion and the fact you don't have to go overboard with it. I add a cap full to any batter I'm making and I get a good after taste of butter flavor behind the original flavor that I am baking. Choc. Still tastes like choc. Pineapple still tastes like pineapple etc. Use it in moderation and as a pick up behind the recipe, not a replacement for butter. You do that and you will be disappointed bcos no emulsion can take the place of butters essential flavor. Happy Baking friends!

A bakers magic ingredient
I have been using butter vanilla for years in my bakery business and it is the secret ingredient that my customers love but don’t know what I add to my products. They tell me all the time that their is something special but can’t figure out what I add to all the treats that use or has vanilla it them. You will no be sorry to sneak it into some of your desserts.
