Myanmar Pickled Tea (Laphet) 11.29oz (Paste) for Tea Salad Dressing (Spicy) ရှူးရှဲလက်ဖက်

Spicy pickled green tea in oil added to my version of a Burmese green tea salad with duck flavored ramen noodles. It was such a great weekend lunch.

My favorite! Sadly there are no burmese restaurants in my area so I've been on the lookout for a good laphet dressing online and this is delicious. I bought the crunchy bean mix separately. I add shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, avocado, cucumber, jalapeno, bird eye chili, avocado, fried garlic, lime juice, a bit of soy sauce and it taste amazing. For those who said it taste bad you're probably preparing it incorrectly.

This product was terrible. Wanted to return, but could not by policy. Nothing about the taste was close to what we were expecting. We had this same salad at. Burma restaurant last week, which my girlfriend loved and wanted to make it at home Plain disaster, not close to what we expected. I guess the restarting will be getting more business from us in the future. Would love to return the 95% of what is left. Buyer beware.

As a Burmese, it is the thing that I am familiar with. The package take some time to arrive. They give one packet of Burmese tea as a present inside the package. It is very hard to buy a Burmese product in US

The taste is amazing. Perhaps the best laphet that I've gotten outside of Burma. It has a little kick, just shy of being too spicy.
