ZYAN 16 Piece Round Dinnerware Sets, Black and White Metro Stoneware Dish Sets, Dishwasher Safe Plates and Bowls Sets for 4

I love these dishes!! They are so modern & elegant! I purchased 2sets as l wanted service for 8. The first set came right away and the dishes were all perfect. They are packed very well & securely. I received 4 dinner plates, 4 smaller plates, 4 bowls & 4 mugs. They are beautiful stoneware!! They look like fine china not thick heavy old fashioned stoneware. They are thin & fit in my dishwasher very well!The second set arrived a few days later and several pieces had imperfections in them. I contacted the seller for advice. I received an answer the next day. They asked for a picture of the defects. I sent it out to them & they answered me promptly that they were going to replace the pieces. I received the pieces a few days later!! Unfortunately one of them was chipped on the edge. Again l wrote the seller. After promptly answering me they again sent me a replacement!! I now have a perfect service for 8 set of dishes. Awesome customer service!! I love my dishes & would not hesitate to order from them again!! Great dishes & great company!!

Beautiful dishes, dishwashers safe so super easy to clean.

The set is beautiful — colors are vibrant and I love that the finish on the dishes has not scratched easily even with cutting food. I’ve had the dishes for almost a year now.What stands out the most about this seller is the above average customer service. They promptly replaced broken dishes or dishes with a chip or imperfection… even a dish that I admitted to dropping with out charging me.Seriously, awesome seller that just wants to keep the customer happy. And we love the set for daily use in a family of 4 with 2 kids.

EDITED JULY 5, 2021,After writing my review the seller reached out to me and offered to replace the plates free of charge. I told them how many were broken (3/4), and got only 2/3 plates replaced. When I was contacted again, I let them know and they were super quick to send out my replacement plate. Great customer service!! I absolutely adore my plate set!These plates are super pretty and I love the set. However, I paid $60 just to have the set I ordered come broken. I could hear it all in the box when I moved it. The box looked pretty beat up too. Even though the plates came in like three boxes, 3/4 of them are either broken or chipped and I can’t seem to get ahold of customer service for a replacement or partial refund. Everything else came in good condition.

Good looking and good quality. Loved the look as it goes with my color scheme. I went and ordered an extra set as I found I needed more than came in the box. Great coffee cups too they really are deep.

They were beautiful but plates were broken so I have to return them. I'm sad about it because they seem perfect.Updated to 5 stars: I had started the return process thru Amazon when I got an email from the seller offering a replacement or full refund. I opted for replacement because I really loved the dishes. The replacements are on back order due to the pandemic so they gave me 10$ back and will send the replacement dishes when they are available. I love the look and feel of these dishes and I'm so happy they are replacing them. They are so pretty! I am also very pleased with the customer service!
