OK so here's the scoop I have a gym membership but due to work and other things I don't always have time to go-I was told by my trainer to look for a resistance bands kit so I can take my workout with me wherever I go- I spent about a week researching many different resistance bands kit-in conclusion the flex fire fitness kit comes with a heck of a lot more than any of the other kits online. On top of the five resistance bands that all kits have,this one comes with 3 Additional Loop bands as well as a stretchout strap which is awesome!!!! Great value great quality!!!!

great for resistance

This was such a great deal. I just started physical therapy for my back and needed to buy certain equipmmet to keep up with my strengthening exercises at home. Since I'm a broke medical student I was praying that there was an all-in-one type kit out there, which was also affordable. Well my prayers were answered with this great package deal! It came with multiple bands for different strength levels and also bonus loop bands for leg excercises. I love the hamstring stretch band as well, no more using a towel. At first I was worried I would have to put a hook on my door in order to use the resistance bands, but nope. The package came with a door anchor as well, that didn't damage my door! Win win for everyone!! I definitely recommend buying this!

I've been using these bands. Wanted to wait until I'd used them a bit before reviewing.They came with a card referring user to a video on a website. That website was just for promoting other products by the same producer as far as I am concerned. leaflet that shows some exercises and gives description, however I found it more beneficial to go to YouTube and search for a resistance bands exercise video. Found a few and have been working with them, especially the longer ones with the clips (cause that's what my favourite video uses).So far so good. Pity they didn't have their own online video though.

Very practical and easy to take on trips.

Great product. I highly recommend. Lately, it's been difficult for me to work out. I get off late from work and by the time I get home, I'm too tired to make it to the gym. The Flexfire Fitness Resistance Bands Set has allowed me to bring the gym to me. Now, whenever I'm home and I want to work out, I just go into the other room, pull out the bands, and follow the instructions and pictures that come with the set. Who knew that fitness bands could be so versatile? I surely didn't. But let me tell you, the bands build muscle and provide resistance so I can fully stretch without overdoing it. Again, great product. I highly recommend.

I am quite pleased with the quality of this set! The hand grips are very soft and comfortable!! The webbing is strong and the color-coded resistance bands have just the right amount of varying tension for the workouts. The clips and D rings are strong and easy to use. And I just love the mesh bag that everything is stored in! It is strong and well constructed. (Not flimsy with frayed seams like so many others!) I was also pleasantly surprised and relieved that there was no foul "out-gassing" odor to the set at all! The instructions and accompanying photos were a bit small, but they were clear and helpful. An overall quality product for a reasonable price!
