KneadEat Curved Wood Gnocchi Board Paddle for Homemade Italian Pasta

This gnocchi board is so much better than the flat one I had before. This one easier to use with much better results. The grooves are deeper and a wider for more pronounced grooves that hold sauce better! The curved surface shapes the gnocchi without sticking. Easy and comfortably to hold I was able to work much faster with my dough. Cleans up easily! Very Affordable!

Sorry, I'm not posting photos or a video. I have purchased at least 4 gnocci boards in my 20 years of making gnocci and have even used the fork method. I held this board up in the air and rolled until I ran out of dough. It is the easiest board I've ever used. Not sure why others are commenting on the size because these lovely dumplings are supposed to be bite sized not ginormous. The curve in the board made them so easy to form. I bought 2 boards at the same time to make my gnocci this time. I used both and instantly returned to this one. I made 5lbs of potatos and I made 9 servings ( in batches) from half of those potatos for my family in no time at all. We all ate together and they were all still hot. Oh and I had all of my non cooking family try a turn. They actual were able to make the gnocci. I am stunned! Great board!! If you are looking for a great gnocci board I highly recommend this little champ.

I’m new making this shape pasta. It’s small so doesn’t take up much room in your drawer. I would recommend this product!

Bought this to add to an Italian themed gift package, so I haven't used it personally. However, my evaluation is that it feels sturdy and user friendly, looks easy to clean, and very durable. After I move, I plan to gift one to myself!

This works great although my little Italian grandma probably is rolling in her Grave that I use it and not doing all by hand. Ha! Ha! Ha!

This gnocchi maker is tiny, it can fit in the palm of my hand. I haven't used it and it may work, but, my gripe is $10 bucks for a teeny tiny piece of cheap wood. Ridiculous!!!

very easy to use. I made homemade gnocchi for the first time for Valentine's Day dinner, and was surprised at how easy it was. This gnocchi board made them look professional.

The wood quality is excellent. It’s a very unique piece that will last forever. I haven’t had time to use it yet. Will update you as soon as I do. I bought it to make Italian gnocchi and traditional sweets.
