I received the package early and it worked great for a few weeks. I love how quiet it is and the fact u can control the temp by setting it to an exact temp. Also my son and I have sinus problems and this heater did not dry us up at all like other traditional space heaters do. Unfortunately after about 3 weeks the display screen would not show the temp and I was unable to input anything on the remote or the buttons on the heater😫 I am currently in the process of shipping it back got a refund. I saw in other reviews some offers had the same problem. I'm prob goin to get another one and see if I have better luck. I'll post an update after I've used it awhile. U only have 30 days to return it after purchase.

I would give this 5 stars for it's size and weight. It takes up very little room. The exterior stays cool and the floor in front of it also stays cool. What I really liked is that there is a timer for setting this to come on up to 12 hours later, and that's great if you want to heat a room before you get out of bed. It's light weight and easy to move around and it's pretty quiet.However, there are some issues. First, it's max temp. is 20C or about 68F which is fine for sleeping or if you are a person who doesn't feel the cold - doesn't work for me. Also, while the claims are that this will heat a large room, I did not find this to be so even after leaving it running for hours. I have about 4 hundred square feet, albeit with high ceilings, and the space only warmed fractionally. Also, the cord is to short since you can't plug it into a strip. It's a lot of money to spend when basically it's probably only decent for a small room or office.

We are so happy with our heater! We are in northern Utah and we had a very bitter cold and snowy winter. My 4 kid's bedrooms are in a 1700 sq. ft. basement which includes a large family room. That little heater made a huge difference. It kept it just as warm down there as it was upstairs. At one point the heater did stop working which we were frustrated with. However, after contacting the company we were sent a brand new one free of charge after troubleshooting all the possible issues it could have. Apparently this never happens with their heaters so they were more than apply to help us figure out what to go. The customer service was excellent! We are happy to have our nice warm basement again. Get one of these! They are fantastic especially around little kids.

Great lil heater! We love the heater for Ohios winters. Does a great job. I'd give it a 5 stars but within the first month the display stopped working. Now you can't tell what setting it's on. But it still heats up very nicely.***update*** 1/24/17 so sad the heater is not working like it used to. Seems to turn off at random and already says change bulb. I don't use it enough to already need a bulb. Not fair UNIQUE HEAT. Make a better product. I'm in Ohio and people ask me about your heater whenever they see it. I told them I loved it but now your heater is ok and I don't think I will recommend it any longer. Sorry affordable heat llc.

We bought the same heater twice. We liked the appearance, size, and, safety of the heater as shown on Amazon and based on the Consumer 5 Star Rating we bought the first one. When we received it we were very happy with it. But with in days of operation the heater displayed a message that it's infrared bulbs needed to be replaced so we sent it back and bought a second one because we really did like the heater. The second heater worked fine and we were glad we got it. We live in the Northwest and May is usually cool but we had several days of hot weather and didn't use the heater. Luckily it got cold again, only this time when we went to turn it on it wouldn't respond to input - it was on - the display was lit up but you couldn't set the temperature so we sent the second heater back. Receiving two defective heaters with a 5 star rating has been disconcerting; we have come to trust those ratings. Amazon has been very helpful throughout this process.

Bought this heater last fall to heat our three season porch. The porch has no other heat source and is mostly windows on three sides. This heater does an excellent job. I set the temp on the heater to 60 degrees and it keeps the porch nice and warm so that we can walk through it when we let the dog out to do her business in the back ward. It keeps a steady temperature even when the outside temp is well below freezing. I can recommend this heater based on my observations so far.

Heater has worked great for a few months, but now the "clean filter" notice is displayed. Despite cleaning the filer thoroughly, the notice still displays, and I am unable to make any heat adjustments because of it. The company website doesn't seem to provide any contact information for questions/issues.

I bought this a year ago and even though I have only used it about a dozen times it is no longer functioning properly and there are a host of problems. First, the clean filter light came on even though I barely used the machine. Per the instructions I cleaned the filter and held down the Purifier button. Right away the UV bulb light came on and I have no idea what, if anything, can be done about that.. The machine blows out heat but it no longer shows any number settings so I can't control the temp. I held down the Quiet button as others have recommended on here and nothing changed. Bottom, line is that I have had a lot of problems with this and for $200 I expect more. I really need the heater right now and I'm so frustrated that it is not working properly.In addition, I now have to spend more time on this and contact Amazon for assistance.
