Review: Pleasently surprised, very clean look and easy install - I was concerned when I first got these out of the package, so I hooked them up to power before installing on the truck and I was impressed by the brightness (my night picture doesn't do it justice; it would shine on houses just fine). I had trouble following the instructions (this is my first RC), so it took me longer than it might take others, but I still had it back on the road in less than an hour, taking my time to properly route, secure, and not crimp the wires during the installation. Very pleased with the look afterward. These lights are nice and bright! Imagine the little 3 or 4 led flashlight you might have, it's that bright. I want to mount some tail lights or side lights now to complete the look, and I still have room in the Stampede 4x4's receiver for power hookup, or could mount freely to the cab with a 9 volt . I took my time, and I was really pleased with the results. This now gives me flexibility to drive at night, and for autos to see me while I'm driving on the street. My only gripe - would be nice to be able to control with on/off switch - maybe this is something I can do through telemetry at some point? Review: Five Stars - Work great in a Stampede 4x4. Very nice addition for Traxxas Stampede 4x4 VXL
This is probably my favorite mod for the Stampede so far. The install wasn't bad and the quality seemed very good. Everything anchors down well, clearly a well thought out kit. They have survived a lot of bashing so far with no issues. I don't drive at night but the lights are bright and help in directional orientation when the truck is far from you. Also looks impressive when the truck is in a cloud of dust. Hard to imagine the truck without these lights!

A must for your Stampede 4x4
This is a must have for your P4de. Works perfectly, installs easily, and has held up flawlessly to so much abuse, it's a miracle. One of the best mods you can do. Highly recommended!
