wow! haven't seen a product of this quality in a very long time
I know it's only a grease gun but... it's the best, by far, little grease gun I've ever seen. we're talking the "best".this thing is built like a tank and feels wonderful in your hand. it feels like it was built, by hand, in Italy by a little old man who has been building them for fifty years. it's nice to get what you paid for when every one else is trying to make the cheapest product they can for the most amount of money this company goes out of their way to do the opposite. I would not hesitate to buy more of these... "nice job" to the company that built this.

Good Product but Two Things
This gun works well but two things buyers should know. First, the tip on mine was plugged with yellow substance. Removed easily with a needle. Others have had the same issue. Second, the instructions on the side are not clear. Typical, for products from Taiwan. The filling process is explained well in a youtube video for the Dualco gun which is almost identical as far as I can tell.

It works- but can be a mess initially on first loadup.
I loaded the canister from the top by using a narrow putty scraper. I used the Bel-Ray waterproof grease and it's really thick and heavy stuff. I found out it's best to push the bottom plate up to the top before loading the grease in. This way, you can avoid having to push the grease down from the top and forming trapped air and making it hard to push the grease down. If you have the bottom plate at the top while you're loading the grease, it'll push the plate down as you push the grease down into the canister. I also pushed some grease into the top piece so that I don't have to push the bottom plate up as much after screwing everything together. I found that screwing the top piece back onto the canister can be tricky. If you do not screw the top on properly and either push up on the plate at the bottom or start pumping, grease will squirt out from the threads. If you screw on the top to the canister properly, no grease will come out. It took a while to get the grease to squirt out. It wouldn't squirt out after 20 tries, so, I decided to open up the nozzle to see if something was stuck. I saw the grease in the nozzle. So, I pushed the nozzle back in and screwed it in. As I tightened the nozzle, a thin fine line of grease shot out! MAKE SURE TO TIGHTEN DOWN THE NOZZLE when you first get this grease gun. I thought it was snug, but my crescent wrench was able to tighten up more against the spring loaded nozzle.Initially, I thought the extremely fine grease that comes out of the nozzle is too thin (approx 0.5mm). As it turns out, it's perfect for greasing up tight spots on my bike's rear linkages. If I need a wider stream of grease to come out for bigger applications, I can get another nozzle with a bigger hole. This grease gun actually works great! I gave it a 4 star only because it can be a bit of a mess to put grease in, especially the really thick stuff like the Bel-Ray grease. I like this thing!

Could use better quality control in manufacture.
This tool is a must have for bicycle mechanics. Mine came with the end of the grease gun sealed over. They never drilled the hole at the factory and therefore grease would not come out no matter how hard you pressed. I had to buy a small drill bit and carefully drilled mine out as I didn’t want to deal with a return and needed a working tool that day. I don’t know if this is an actual American made or a knockoff but the packaging indicated quality while the product speaks otherwise. Since refilling it a few times it does work so perhaps they just need better quality control on the tips.
