Great pans, attractive, don't warp
We love these pans! I appreciate that they don't warp in the oven - I've used them with heat as high as 425*. They look very nice and don't appear to get hot or cold spots. The size is as advertised and expected, which is considered a commercial half cookie sheet but is like a full cookie sheet. I can only get two of them in the oven at a time, though, which isn't ideal with the amount of baking we've been doing with our fledgling home baking business, but if it takes off we may get a bigger oven. These don't scratch from using our plastic/resin (I don't know, I've had it for 30 years) spatula, but I would not use metal on it, so I can't say how scratch-resistant it is. I also can't attest to how easy they are to clean, since we use parchment paper when baking on them. So far they still look brand-new though.We have no problems with baking performance - they work as expected.

O produto chegou, porém uma das assadeiras do par chegou amassada, infelizmente. Eu as comprei para assar macarons e isso infelizmente impacta no resultado final e por isso essa assadeira que chegou amassada não poderá ser usada para este fim.

Great quality aluminum baking tray
This aluminum baking tray is sturdy, well made, and feels very durable. It works great for baking and heats evenly. I also like that it’s easy to clean and can be reused many times. Very happy with the quality.
