Does what it is supposed to, easy to pair with all my android devices. Works on all my camera apps.Great range (I got 27 feet away before it stopped working).CONS... It is made with CHEAP plastic. It feels like if you drop it, it will break. Also the buttons are twist on, meaning they can come off if you twist them anti clockwise. Easy to put back on, but if you are putting this on a keychain, there is a great chance you will lose a button. It doesn't take much for them to come off (especially the larger button).For my purposes (Claymation) it worked a treat.Edit: Guess what, I lost a button -rendering this thing useless. I threw it away and bought a different brand.Lowered the stars to 3 because even though it works, it is a POC when it comes to how well it's made. Would I recommend this? Only if you are using it in a studio, carry it around with you and you WILL eventually lose a $&@^ button

The remote control is ok and functional, but it needs some improvement:1. Once you take the picture, you must return to the phone to check it, which somehow takes the advantage of taking more pictures right from where you are. This means that a simple iPhone timer could do the job without using the remote.2. The remote should be able to make the phone ready for more pictures without having to go back to it.The functionality of the remote is ok, but for the distance for which it is functional, the iPhone timer from the phone would do the job.The remote is easy to set up and works well with my iPhone, iPod, and iPads. It is ok for the price. The idea of this review is for the developers to think about improvements. It may become more expensive, but it is absolutely worth it. No idea if they can:1. Add the zoom to it2. Add the video control

Purchased for my Samsung Galaxy S3 a while back. It'd work, but it would constantly change my Hacker's keyboard (an application) and font selection to default every time I used it. Making me use it sparingly at first until I'd just schedule uses of it for long periods of time. Since resetting my phone became tedious. However, while in camera mode, this device was a great little assistant because you could close your hand around it and not have it visible in the pictures. If you placed it well enough, you could hide it anywhere and still take pictures or even multiple shots at a time.

It works well on a Motorola RAZR HD and Samsung Galaxy S4. No shutter apps installed. The larger button zooms in and the smaller works the shutter on both phones. The price was outstanding for what it does. Great for self-shots. I would like to see a third button to zoom out so one wouldn't have reach for the phone if accidentally zoomed in too far. Again great for what I paid. My wife Loves it.Update: I ran a keyboard scanner. This remote seems to press the keyboard key [Vol +] for the larger button and [ENTER] for the smaller button.

Item arrived on the estimated delivery date. Shutter is very easy to use. I just put in the battery, turn it on. Then on my iphone 4S, I went to Settings, then Bluetooth, and touched screen the AB shutter 3. And my iphone & wireless shutter paired. This shutter works great. I have a camera stand that I modified to holdup my iphone. And now I use my iphone more often than my digital camera.

Such fun to take photos with my "selfie stick and blue tooth remote". Using the stick, the iPhone can be held further away and you can include more people and the remote makes it possible. There would be no way to do this w/o the remote and it's totally easy. Just pair the 2 and off you go. Aim the camera, push the button and you're done!

I only ordered this because of the novelty of having a wireless remote for my camera on my phone. I honestly expected some issues with it, but it's been straight-forward and simple to use. Connects easily and worked right away. Remembering it's on so as not to drain the battery may become an issue but thats a simple thing to deal with. This is awesome for capturing those candid moments, catching people off guard, or just taking a picture where no one is left out. Not bad for the price, either!

Worked with my iPhone but would not connect with my iPad. Trying to put in the battery and closing the case was a true frustrating project to the point that I just about gave up. It is clearly 'cheap' in construction, but what can you expect for the cost? However, it works well on my iPhone, but again not on the iPad.
