(Almost) the sharpest knife in the drawer
I love cooking and have a variety of knives – from expensive Japanese works of art, to cheap and cheerful rubbish that I just can’t quite get to recycling (and that you have to sharpen every week) – but these Kiwi knives are just great. They were recommended to me as being a bargain, AND super sharp. And they are. If you look after them (don’t leave citrus juice on them overnight), they will become your go to knives as well. OK you have to oil the handles as they are wooden and will dry out if you use them as much as I do, but that’s part of their charm. If you have a nice whetstone, then these will keep their edge longer than many more expensive brands.

Low cost but Fab!
I rate this item 5 stars. I do this because I bought the same Knife in Australia, recommended by and tried at a friends, while I was visiting. Had mine for 3 years now and still delighted. Bought this one as a present. It arrived on time. I ordered another which I have been charged for but as yet it hasn't arrived and no response to my email which is very disappointing. Still can't fault the knife though. Downside is it can't go in a dishwasher, wooden handle - still worth it. By the way the recommendation came from a chef with a collection of very expensive knives but this was a favourite. JNF

Best knife ever?
I have bought 10 of these over the last year. they are that good. I wanted to have few back ups and give as presents. Other than a parring knife this is now the only knife I use, and I must have 40 others, Very easy to keep razor sharp. I will never buy another knife...probably

Really sharp.
Have used these knives for many years. In my opinion you cannot buy sharper longer lasting knives. This brand produce a wide range of knives for any purpose. Remember, a sharp knife is safer than a blunt one.(they don't slip)

Thai Knife
I first bought one in OZ. I chipped it trying to cut frozen meat! It still worked ok [says a lot for the knife]. I was over the moon when I found the website and I could replace it. Now I have 2.
