Sometimes, I forget to lock the door on a busy morning to drive my kid to school. When I realize it, it is too late. Otherwise, my kid should take a tardy card from school. After I installed this product in my home, the stressful situation became more comfortable. Just arming the security system makes my driving comfortable.This product is cute but very reliable. Whenever I opened the door while forgetting to disarm the system, the alarm never failed to be activated. It can also provide home/away mode to selectively activate the alarming, which would be very useful for a larger house.Installation is straight-forward. The small and cute hub can detect new sensors and devices without failure. Each sensor and device also come with acceptably small size and favorable appearance. They don't disturb my home interior.The loss of one star from five stars is due to the application's installation guide's readability. Sorry. I prefer pictures to characters for the guides. Considering that the application is a software which can be improved continuously, Ray@home would get back the lost one star!

Recently picked up the Ray@Home security system. It is currently beingused in conjunction with Arlo. The entire system works as long as you havea functioning internet connection. It is very easy to set up and use. TheUI and app are very easy to utilize and understand. The main selling pointwas the fact that it is not subscription based but still gives us to controland to monitor sensors remotely. The Ray@Home security system is easy toinstall coming with its own sticky pads, so you do not need a professionalto come and install the system for you like my subscription based securitysystems. The Ray@Home security system is small and compact and hard tonotice if you are not actively looking out for it.The only concern I have for the system is that the battery life isestimated to be 10 years, but there is no way to change the battery orcharge the system without taking apart the entire system. Overall, theRay@Home security system is very affordable and consumer friendly.

This is the first time to buy home security units. The interface went well as every steps are guided. Definitely, I feel safer and better after Rayhome installed. One thing i have not figured out is how to share this app with my family. After I installed the apps in my wife's phone, mine is automatically logged-out. Hopefully, there is the upgrade in their app soon.

This is a GREAT product! I definitely recommend to anyone looking for a security system. I used to have a full security system that cost me monthly but with this Ray@Home system I'm able to save a lot of money by only paying a small fraction of the cost for the system with NO MONTHLY FEE! I'm able to monitor all activities using my phone. And with a touch of a button, I can check if my doors are open/closed and I can ring the siren alarm for any emergencies. All these features are all accessed through my phone through the app and I can have a peace of mind feeling that I will always be safe at home!

I had purchased 2 set of this item for me and for my son, my son set everything for me, even for my phone.It is very comfortable for me when I work in office, because 2 major entrance door had protected by Camera and sensor, and I can see the picture when some of delivery arrived at my home entrance door, as the camera take a picture to send it to my phone immediately. No any labor for professional need, easy to install, and I love battery life time is very long enough. it is very nice to buy it, because budget, professional security camera need a lots of budget, and also no need monthly fee for alarm system. strong recommend, made in Korea.

I had the purchase the 3 piece door sensors. Right off the bat, I was pretty impressed with the build quality. The individual plastic pieces seemed like it would take some abuse and best of all, the footprint of each of the pieces were small and non-intrusive.It was important to me that that product did not require a subscription, the set up was fast and simple and I was able to install/set up everything around a hour.I haven’t tested everything extensively, but so far everything seems to be working great.

Bought this for our new home--we chose this because of the simple and clean design. It comes with all necessary parts for a full security system. Door sensor is sensitive, SOS is a nice addition particularly for children. Sensor works throughout our 3 floor home. No monthly fees and can be managed directly from the mobile app. Only downside is that it was difficult to set up initially, but once installed works great.
