Put on and pulled a weight aerator, no problems
Installation of this guy is a little tedious but this belt seems good and I doubt I'll have to do it again any time soon. The first one lasted over 10 years and was still in OK shape. After replacing all belts including this one I did several aerator passes over an acre at medium speed and noticed no problems.

Perfect Fit!
I thought I was going to have to buy a new electric clutch, so I bought this and the 0467A hoping it would solve the problem, and it did! I couldn't be happier. The fit was perfect. Always make sure you buy the correct fitting belt. Some belts advertising to fit auto-drive models are thicker and actually cause your mower to start on its own and the brakes won't help. This belt is perfect and works like a charm. Genuine MTD Lawn Mower Belt 954/754- 0468 The product is a genuine MTD belt not a cheap aftermarket belt.

MTD upper drive belt
This is an original OEM upper drive belt. It fits perfectly on my Troybilt Super Bronco lawn tractor. It did not need it to be replaced, but the machine is 8 years old, both belts are in the same area and it is a tedious job. So I decided to change them both. Do a 'YouTube' video search on your particular machine. The one I found helped me tremendously and saved me lots of time.
