Crazy
All the Best of Icehouse in one cd. This band is very nostalgic for me, being a product of the 80's. Crazy is a great love ballad.

A little disappointed, but still a decent album
I like it okay, but not thrilled with it. It isn't as good as Man of Colours album.

Quibble about sound if you'd like, but the songs are fantastic!
Icehouse still sounds amazing and fresh after all these years, and having all these great singles compiled lovingly into this one collection does a lot to help rectify how the band isn't as remembered as some of their peers, but remains amazing to this day due to the quality of the writing, words & arrangements.

Great track selection
I just discovered Icehouse a few months ago after watching a video on Facebook and this was the first greatest hits selection I could see. This is a great selection of tracks that covers their whole career.

AUSSIE GOLD
A great collection of songs by one of the best Aussie bands. The album contains such gems as Great Southern Land, Street Cafe, Hey Little Girl, No Promises, Crazy, Electric Blue and My Obsession. These are all superb tracks and the rest of the songs on the album are all good. Is it just me or do parts of Take The Town sound very much like John Lydon & Public Image Ltd.Great Southern Land was released around the same time as Men At Works "Down Under" and both songs have now become unofficial Australian anthems. The group has had various members over the years, the one constant being the brilliant Iva Davies.I highly recomend this album. Top Class. Iva Davies and Icehouse I salute you.

Another great Australian band.
Although Icehouse scored a couple of international hits in the 80's. They were another great Australian band that wasn't fully appreciated at the time. Virtually every song on this 'Best Of' is great.
