I have bought this brand of milk thistle tincture several times. I always take a dose after I have a glass or two of wine to support my liver. Milk thistle is a great liver detoxer. The taste isn’t too bad. I can easily swallow it and then drink water afterwards. The price is decent.

My nutritionist recommends a liquid form of milk thistle. I think it's very important to maintain a healthy liver, and this is one way to support liver function. I like it mixed with apple juice.
