As a Senior citizen I miss some of the old times and old stuff! I was so pleased to be able to get brush rollers! They work just as well as they did back in the day! Sooo pleased!!

Love them. I have stick straight shoulder length hair. I use with styling product on damp hair. Curls last for days. I would never be able to sleep on these however!

I bought these wanting something more structured for vintage type curls. Generally I do like them and have used them for a couple weeks, however I do think there's a bit of a learning curve and these will absolutely not be ideal for everyone. A couple things: - The curlers are some kind of metal mesh, with stiff plastic bristles. These are not sleep-in, both because they are horribly uncomfortable to rest your head on, and because that pressure will warp the curlers. I have successfully used these are sleep-in curlers for the top of my head (with actual pillow curlers everywhere else), though even that YMMV. - The bristles will help catch and hold your hair on the curler, because you're essentially velcro-ing your hair to them. If you have ever caught your hair up in a round brush, that can totally happen with these. I find rolling up very easy, and removing much more of a skill. If you have easily tangled hair, you will absolutely lose some with these. - I find the pins incredibly effective. I've never used curlers that were easier to lock into place, and there's no indent either. - Some of the reviews mention these being way smaller than they expected, so just fyi if you're new to this type of curler then pay attention the the given measurements in the product description, don't make assumptions on what you think 'large' or 'small' will be.

Wonderful for shorter hair. What worked a few years ago, works now, too! If you're into the '70s part in the middle and let it string, it's not for you. The brushes inside stick through the netting to catch the hair and make it behave on the curlers, while the pins keep them in place.

Love these. They are truly just like the old days. So appreciate they still make these. Buyer was great. Received on time.

Hard to find and just what I needed.

I’m obsessed! My grandmother had the same curlers and I always wore them when I visited her and I loved the curls that theses curlers would bless me with - the only thing that could actually get my hair to hold a curl! I finally bought these for myself and WOW just like I remembered…beautiful curls every time! Not to mention the volume they produce! They are a bit pokey, like having a gentle hug from a cactus on your scalp lol but it’s bearable and what’s beauty without pain right? These are great, you should buy them. Timeless curls, big volume, luscious shine. I did apply product to my hair prior to the curlers. I showered then used Thick It Crème by L’ange (makes thin hair feel thicker) and Multi-benefit Styling Crème by ion (this helps my hair appear hydrated and less frizzy) then a quick spritz of Salt+Sea texturizing spray by L’ange before and after applying the curlers. I let them air dry for a couple of hours. Then before removing them I generously take the blow dryer over all of them ensuring they’re dry and adding the heat for extra hold. Then boom - voluminous curls that stay! I’m sure other hair products work just as good, these are just my preferences. These curlers are the bomb.com! Excuse my face in the pics/video, I’m headed to bed but can’t wait to wake up to do my makeup and see curls instead of spaghetti straight hair! 🥹❤️🥰

These are not large size like I expected, they are small. Bristles stick out too far and hair gets tangled up. Another buyer said had to trim them. My hair is short and fine. Package says large but they are not large like the vintage ones I used to have.

P65 warning on packiging but this was not mentioned in the product description. Seller needs update the item info as no information provided about the chemicals in/on the item which may cause "cancer/reproductive harm". This is worrying!
