I like the book
I like the book. Very straightforward to the subject. I just think it could be more dense. But I recommend it.

Generic advice, good first time manager book
Got it for my boss as a gift, he liked it, noted the advice was structured as a problem-solution structure, he doesn’t read it much from what I hear, he says it’s a bit generic advice

I received this book sooner than I expected. The information in the book provides some good insight into dealing with the various types of problematic employees in the workplace. My only issue is with the size of the book itself . It is so small that I can barely hold it in my hands.
