You will need a little glue
This is a good replacement. It works the way it should. One minor flaw is that the tabs don’t lock into the housing. I had to dab gorilla glue to attach them so they would stay. Once you know how to assemble it is pretty easy to put together and then the blinds work the way they should.

I need directions
They seem to be just like what I need but I don’t know how to get the old one out or how to put the new one in. I just got frustrated and have decided to let my sons look at it if they ever get time. Fortunately it’s just one slat
