William Stanek writes some of the best tech books out there. This isnt necisatilly a "how to pass the exam" guide but a more practicle "how the product works in real life" book. I would highly recommend it. You can use it as an actual on the job refwrenxe guide effectivly. If you are installing Exchange 2016 in you're enviroment pick this book up.

Not recommended! It's not worth it!
This book doesn't deal with in-depth coverage of Exchange 2016. The information provided is very basic and nothing to do with IT-Pro (kind of experience IT-Pro in real production environment has). It seems author has run a FIND & REPLACE to replace all instances of Exchange 2013 with Exchange 2016.
