This is a great value for your money, I have a small organic skincare line so I bought this product to test even though it's such a small amount, I still have half and I've been using it for about 5 months. I will definitely purchase a larger size in the future, this product works well and the price is great.

Great in smoothies to keep ingreds from separating
I add a small amount (1/4-1/2 teaspoon) to smoothies to help bind the ingreds and keep them from separating, works really well and doesn't impart any flavor that I can tell. Also adds bulk so the smoothie seems thicker/richer. A bag this size will last a really long time.
