Boyz Toys Inflatable Back Support Cushion

This inflatable back support ripped on the second day I used it.

I bought this back support cushion for a long haul flight of 9 hours, we were delayed at the airport for 4 hours before this. As soon as the plane took off I inflated the cushion and kept it that way for the entire flight. It was great and provided the support I needed as I always suffer from lower back pain when sitting for long periods. The fact that it inflated was good for luggage allowances too. I also used it on holiday, walking round large theme parks etc, when there was no decent seating and it was useful to ease aches and pains this way too. Much recommended for the price. It survived a two week holiday and is still going strong!!

Bought to take on holiday and the pillow is not sealed. I'm not a happy bunny as to return the item will cost me more no refundable money.Binned it and wasted the money buying it. I'm not wasting more on the thing. LEARN BY MY Experiance... If there was -*** I'd be giving it that...

One star given as no star was not an option! My expectations were as low as the price. I bought two cushions. I am quite a small person and my head is in proportion. Neither cushion lasted longer than half an hour.

I bought this cushion to take away on holiday because of it's size, but when I inflated it and placed it behind my back, it started to deflate, this was the firtst time I had used it and I was very disappointed, anyhow I contacted the seller and they returned my money plus postage, would definitely deal with this seller again though, as the customer service was good.

I received this yesterday and rested on it for 2 hours and the seam came apart (I'm only 8.5 stone in weight!) To return the item I will have to pay p+p again! The cushion only cost £2.39 but I had to pay £3.99 p+p!! There is no one to contact to make a complaint, so I've just binned it. Very,very disappointing!
