اول مره اجربه و اخذته لفوائد الماغنيسيوم المعروفه. الشركة ذي معروف انها كويسه لكن كتبت تعليقي عشان انبه اللي يواجه صعوبة ببلع الحبوب ترى ذي عملاقه و حوافها شوي حاده مع ان ما عندي مشكله اني ابلع حبوب بس ذي عريضه بشكل يجلط و الحواف حاده تخلي البلع اصعب.
