Wall-mounted Glass Touch Panel LED Dimmer Switch Brightness Controller DC 12-24V for Single Color LED Strip Light Lamp-Black

I want to give a better review since the panel looks great, but it randomly turns on. I've purchased 3 of these and they all do the same thing. I really would Like to contact the seller directly to see if they have any that don't do this, because it's really annoying to have these randomly go on in the middle of the night when you're sleeping.

When it works, it's such a nice, smooth adjustment. The glass makes it feel like you're using your touchscreen phone and the "beep" indicator is a nice bonus. The problem is, it worked the majority of the time but would get finicky at times and not turn on, turn off, or dim. Bummer.—————!!UPDATE!!—————I have to say, I’m impressed with the customer service I received on this item. The company reached out to me (apparently after reading my review) and sincerely apologized for the unit underperforming. They offered either a refund or replacement without requiring returning the unit. I opted for a replacement which was promptly sent. The replacement works great and I’m highly satisfied. I wish all companies cared about customers as much. I now can gladly recommend this item.

I installed this in my van to control a series of four LED lights in my van. The installation was very easy to perform. It consists of running positive wires from your power source (fuse box/negative bus) directly to the switch’s input. In turn, run your lights in series from its output.The dimmer is very easy to control. You always know that it received your command through its tell-take beep after every action. It is responsive but not too sensitive.UPDATE: The device is losing its sensitivity overtime. It is sometimes unresponsive. Additionally, it turns my lights on by itself occasionally.

This is a really nice looking, inexpensive controller for 12V LED lights. I have a 16-foot strip mounted on the outside of my RV that was way too bright at times. This dimmer makes the light much more useful by not annoying my campground neighbors. Why 4 stars? The lights randomly turn themselves on. I have no idea why, and they turn on at different brightness levels. Sometimes full on, sometimes dimmed. I keep the RV parked on my property and will look out the window sometimes to find the lights on. The RV is plugged in 24x7 when I'm not using it so I'm not worried about battery drainage but it is odd. It hasn't happened at a campground yet.

Mine simply did not work. Everything looks fine, it passes power to the led lights but although the control panel beeps when you touch the arrows or the power button or the slider graphic that is all it does. Does not dim or turn the lights off. They just stay lit. Had to disconnect the wiring to turn off the lights.

It is the weirdest thing. This switch works fine, but will randomly turn its self on all the time. I would keep clear of this item.update.This company has 5 star customer service and is sending out a replacement switch. Thank you!

I purchased two of these for installation in a campervan that I rent out. Since installing them I have had lots of issues. Sometimes they turn on automatically and have left my lights on for days before I noticed which causes me to have to make sure my van is plugged up all of the time when not in use. Also, one of them will randomly decide to stop beeping and I have to hold down the power button to get it to start beeping again. Unfortunately, I have already cut big rectangles out of my kitchen vanity and it will be very hard and costly to use a different switch now. I hate the lack of function because the switches are awesome looking and feeling and my renters are always impressed by the dimmer function. I am about to purchase another switch to replace the one that acts up the most and pray that the next one works better.
