A little oil on them, it is a brown oil, like motor oil, it's to keep the blade's from rusting, there's a little, so just wash it off

I needed a basic cutter for zip ties, and this was it! I wish they had a "lock" for the spring loaded handles to keep them shut; but for the price, rubber bands do the trick!

These little cutters are great! I use them for cutting zip ties when I'm making wreaths. I wanted something that would cut the ties close so as not to have a sharp spot, they fit the bill. Great buy!
