I saw a review that stated these are not fleece lined but product description shows it.. can anyone confirm the fleece lining in this product?

The ones I recieved have a very thin fleece lining it's not what you imagine when you hear fleece. But I have several different brands that are fleece lined and they all are made the same. They are made to go under clothing and not be bulky.

Where can I find sizing chart? What are the ages/measurements of the garments?

At the bottom/ small, medium, large

How do you tell what the size range is for small?

By sizing my son to my grand son they are one size off from each other
