Great Product, Even Better Customer Service
My experience buying this decanter (and the product itself) far exceeded my expectations, which were very high to begin with, given all the phenomenal reviews. The original product was shipped on time but upon opening it, I noticed a small imperfection (air bubble) on the handle. I didn’t want to go through the hassle of sending back and getting a new one so I just took a chance and asked if I could have a new one without returning the original. Within 36 hours, (on a Holiday weekend) I got a response saying “…No problem, keep an eye out for the new one in the mail…” Two days later, a brand new, perfect, stunning decanter shows up at my doorstep. The product is incredible. It looks great, even as a decoration with nothing inside of it. I would highly recommend this product but even more importantly, this vendor. You can never go wrong when customers are first priority. Thanks West!
