Excellent in both sweet & savoury dishes
Adds a lovely sweet spicy citrusy flavour to savoury dishes. A very versatile product, especially adapted for curries with its highly aromatic flavour with floral notes and with hints of citrus and pine. This powdered cardamom takes all the faff out of having to crush the individual pods. Highly recommended and definitely worth the price.
