R1 Protein,71 Servings, Chocolate Peanut Butter

R1 is one of the best, no doubt. The protein content is good for sure. Mixability and taste - not so much. Their Chocolate Fudge flavour is far better. But this Chocolate Peanut Butter is an isolate and so has its own advantages.

Worst flavor I have had. It doesn’t taste like chocolate nor peanut butter. It doesn’t mix in water and after trying 15 minutes also same condition.

I tried several different brands, and Rule 1 whey isolate is the best I have tried in my 11 years of lifting. The flavor is REALLY good, and the texture is milky smooth. It also mixes really well with yogurt, which makes it really easy to meet my daily protein goal. This is slightly more expensive than Pro Action Recor, which I feel is the best value, so I only buy Rule 1 when I am going through cutting cycles because it is somewhat of a premium item. If I can point to one downside, it is that we should NOT mix this with piping hot coffee because that causes it to curdle. I used to mix my whey with coffee so that I get my daily kick with some protein to start, but because the protein is so fine, it curdles much more easy in hot coffee (and that means you waste good coffee and good protein).

Great taste. I enjoy adding it to my coffee. Also adding it to pancakes and waffles is a tasty way to add protien to normal meals.

Best protein powder I have ever used. No fillers. Easy to digest. Great flavours. Worth the price.
