We use these for work and school lunches, we live in Arizona so it gets hot in the summer and these are amazing! We keep a small cooler in the car with waters and it stays cold even In the summer! They are thick and durable! We love these! They fit perfectly in lunch bags or can even be used in larger coolers! We bought the value pack and it was the best value for your money! They are so easy to use, we even use them for when someone gets hurt. They are multipurpose and we use them for lots of things. They take up very little room in the freezer. They also stay frozen for 8 hours. We use one for my daughters lunch box and does a excellent job at keeping her lunch cold. They also take very little room in the lunch box. The value for the money is excellent. Love the design, colors and thickness.

These fit perfectly in the bottom of my lunch bag and keep everything cool until lunchtime. I’d say good 4 to 5 hours. They’re still cool, but don’t expect them to stay frozen all day long. They are easy to pop in the freezer door, don’t take up much space, and can be wiped down for easy cleanup.

These are thin, but long and wide. This provides a large surface area through which heat can transfer.The advantage of this is that these freeze faster and they keep food colder. The disadvantage is that they melt faster and don't keep food cold as long as a fatter one. For me, I use them for picnics and if they can keep stuff fresh about 3-4 hours, I'm fine with it. If you need much longer than that, you're probably better off looking elsewhere.The other advantage of this size if you get more options where to put it if your picnic basket or whatever is full. You can intersperse it amongst the items that most need be kept cold. You can cram it into a slimmer space. I like that flexibility.They are prone to sweating more than others I've used, and I think it's because of the larger surface area. It's not a problem, just something to be aware of.I'm happy with them.

So far so good. It keeps wife's lunches cold. She has a folding lunch bag. I have used it in a cooler bag and it was still solid 8hrs later. Easy to store in freezer due to being flat.
