It learnt me a big lesson when i changed brands this brand weight world all the weight world wether its multivitamin or electrolytes this brand doesnt cause health issues i won't ever change from this brand ever again after the recent health issues I got from another brand just hopefully can get my health back on track again and I know how good these weight world ones are as ive had them in the past and they helped get my health on track and I trust they will help get my health back on track again

High quality packaging and pills. I feel slightly more hydrated and awake during the day, and it allows me to drink more water and absorb it rather than it going straight through me. The ratio of the ingredients is good also... Some electrolyte products rely too much on sodium, but this one doesn't.

Very potent - raw mineral and no sweeteners. They are quite large, and crunch easily if you want to chew and sublingual, rather than swallow. - Do have a mineral taste - because they are mineral ! But the effect is instant and amazing - from that salt/electrolyte loss dopiness, to fully awake - and an increased sensation in the toes - and now updated to say "life saving" as well - as I was almost blacking out - chewed one - and instant immediate recovery effect. And having no sweeteners means no strange aftertaste or weirdness - just plain goodness !

I do indeed use these on a daily basis and I think they are working as intended. Warning to people thinking about buying this - THE PILL IS MASSIVE! I'm currently on Mounjaro and find it difficult to get in all the right daily nutrients to keep my body in top condition. I had been getting some palpitations, likely due to not being hydrated enough and read that an electrolyte imbalance was the likely culprit. From day 3 onwards, I haven't had any palpitations whatsoever and feel more relaxed and hydrated. They are quite large, salty tablets, so getting them washed down quickly is a must. There is 180 in a tub so 6 months worth of product which I find to be spot on for the price. I haven't had any side effects that some others have experienced and I take it first thing in the morning with glass of water. Estos electrolitos cumplen bien su función y hacen lo que se espera de ellos. Efectividad: Funcionan correctamente, especialmente para reponer sales después de hacer deporte o en días de más calor. Formato: Son en pastilla y el tamaño es bastante grande. En mi caso no he tenido problema para tragarlas, pero es algo a tener en cuenta porque puede resultar incómodo para otras personas. Uso: Fáciles de incorporar a la rutina, sin efectos negativos en mi experiencia. Conclusión: Buen producto en cuanto a efectividad, pero el tamaño de la pastilla puede no ser adecuado para todo el mundo.

Getting older means more maintenance...
