DLO JamJacket CordSaver Case for iPod touch 2G, 3G (Black)

For my first iPod(own an iRiver iHP-120)I wanted a case for protection and appearance and I especially wanted to deal with the smudge marks left on the touch screen and shiny chrome body. My method of search starts on Amazon for product availability then I go to the web sites of the products that look promising and some time later make my purchase.I chose the DLO Jam Jacket for these reasons: 1) Made of silicone - soft, feels good to touch 2) Includes screen protector 3) Cord wrap - works fine with cords but be advised that ear buds are left hanging. The wrap is extra protection for the backside of the iPod.I've been using this case for 2mths. everyday and am curious to know if the case will rip between the opening for the plug and the bottom edge of the iPod.

Poor quality. Save your money.

I almost bought this at BestBuy, until the sales rep let me open the case. I discovered that the oval on the back will only manage the earbud cord, not the earbuds themselves (as the old model did). What's the point of that, I ask you? I've been searching for something that will keep the earbuds from flopping around. This is NOT a solution.The rubberish cover is as good as the previous model, but it's not a viable solution IMHO.
