poor performance, bad taset
a different product was shipped (Aquaboon). This company buy filters in bulk from different suppliers (probably low bidder) and puts their label on it. First filter shipped was not shrink wrapped and input/output were not sealed. Amazon replace the filter, which was again, a Aquaboon and it was sealed. I installed, and it performed sub-par, water tasted bitter. I removed and put back the 12 month old inline filter (non-coconut) and the water tasted 100% better. I suspect the Aquboon filter suppliers vary, probably not meeting NST certification...my guess made in chino.

Will serve its purpose well
Purchased this as a filter component for a "prop" being created for a simulation scenario in a nursing course. Perfect size and shape for the filter role it will play, as well as being inexpensive
