Bulldog Vaults Magnum LED Quick Vault with RFID Access

The opening to the box once the door is open is barely high enough for me to get my open hand into. It is impossible to grip anything and then get my hands back it is the box. Reminds me of the monkey trap where you put a banana inside of a large bottle. The monkey has no choice but to let go of the banana if he wants his hand back.

Awesome product. Multiple different ways to access the vault door. Lights up for when your in the dark. Mounting options. Lights up inside when you open the door. Love this gun safe. Great buy! Great value.

Purchased from Cabellas’s, not Amazon thus reason for not verified purchase.Vault is a solid, and I mean SOLID unit I’ve every confidence should more than adequately serve it’s intended purpose. BUT had to return because the door spring is not strong enough to swing and hold the door open if mounted in a vertical application which I had intended. In that orientation, the door unlatches but does not swing and remain open to provide ready access, you have to fumble with it to get to the contents and if your hand slips trying to open it the door flops closed (ajar) again. Not ideal if an urgent situation.Mounted horizontally, the vault operates flawlessly.Will accommodate large frame auto’s (Beretta 92F, 1911 Commander, SI XDm, etc) and was able to fit a S&W M28 6”.

rfid does not work well and the security cable and hardware are missing. plus I had to pay extra duty and taxes. so sad.
