Hot Headz Polarex Fleece Socks

These socks are thin enough to wear with shoes, and they keep my feet warm. I am in California, so these are perfect for our milder winters. I ordered a second pair.

Comfort

These are built a little more cheaply than other fleece socks, but they are also less expensive. They do not have a stitched heel, but they still fit just fine. The elastic top is good to keep them from slipping down. They aren't heavy or thick, but are very warm for what they are - inexpensive lightweight fleece socks. No complaints.

If you have ever had a pair of fleece socks that are sewn in a foot-shape, like the ones they sell at LL Bean or used to sell at Lands End, you probably will not like these fleece socks. These are tube-shape and the thicker fleece material means that the shape does not conform well to your foot, leaving the material tight at the heel and bulky and the bend at the front of the foot.The quality overall doesn't appear to bad, although the fleece is a little thinner than I expected and the size runs smaller than indicated on the size guide. I wear a women's size 9 and I bought a size medium which is indicated for a women's size 9.5-11.5, thinking I could layer this over another pair of socks. However, it barely fits as is. The size of your calves might be even more relevant. Even if you have small feet but you have large calves, you might want to go up a size or two.

I have circulation problems in my legs and feet, so in the winter even around the house my feet hurt from the cold, I seen the reviews on these and decided to get a pair. I put them over my reg socks when wearing my slippers around the house, they have really made a big difference in how comfortable and warm my feet feel. I will probably be buying a couple more pair. I have only had them a week so I can't say much about how long they will hold up, but overall I am happy with this purchase

These socks are very soft and I like to wear them in the winter here in Vermont. I use them when I go snowboarding, and when I'm just walking around in the snow. I might double layer if it's very cold out-wearing these as my first layer and then adding another layer of socks on top of them. They aren't terribly thick, and I really like cushioning with my heavy duty winter boots. They are really soft and comfortable though. If they were thicker, I would wear them all the time.

These socks are soft and very stretchy. I would classify the material as microfleece. These are tube-style socks - there is no defined, built-in heel. The cuff at the top is thick but it is not tight and does not pinch. The seams appear to be smooth.

These are great. I went with a medium, which according to the chart was slightly larger than I needed. If I purchased them again I would buy large, as these have no defined heel so a larger size would go higher up my leg.
